Refund policy

All sales are final. Orders cannot be modified once placed, only cancelled. Must cancel within 24 hours of placing order. No returns or exchanges unless it is the fault of Minty Mama & Co.. Must contact the shop within 7 business days of receiving item if there is an issue with your item. Refunds/Exchanges will not be made if evidence of provided care instructions are not followed for specific items.
